You should take 1 capsule of CortiDiet
with an 8 ounce glass of water, every day - 15 minutes before
you eat breakfast AND 15 minutes before you eat dinner. Some
users need to increase their dosage amounts for maximum effect,
but do not exceed 3 capsules per serving.
You will then begin to experience a relaxing feeling throughout

We know many of you may have trouble exercising for various reasons, too heavy, arthritis, pain, lack of stamina, heart troubles, etc. Exercise facilitates all dieters, but we insist you check with your health care provider as well as an exercise trainer prior to beginning your programs. Exercise is so vital to the over-weight population for various reasons, some obvious and some not so.
Eat a variety of foods to get the energy, protein, vitamins,
minerals and fiber you need for good health. Balance the food
you eat with physical activity; maintain or improve your weight
to reduce your chances of having high blood pressure, heart
disease, a stroke, certain cancers, and the most common kind
of diabetes. Choose a diet with plenty of grain products,
vegetables and fruit which are important sources of fiber,
complex carbohydrates, and other food components that can
help reduce your risk of some chronic diseases. Choose a diet
low in fat, saturated fat, and cholesterol to reduce your
risk of heart disease and certain cancers, and to help you
maintain a healthy weight. Because fat contains more than
twice the calories of an equal amount of carbohydrates or
protein, a diet low in fat can help maintain a healthy weight.
Choose a diet moderate in sugars. A diet with lots of sugars
often has foods with too many calories and too few nutrients
and can contribute to tooth decay and overweight. Choose a
diet moderate in salt and sodium which may help reduce the
risk of high blood pressure. If you drink alcoholic beverages,
do so in moderation because alcoholic beverages supply calories
but little or no nutrients and in excess are harmful. On average,
everyone should also drink 8 glasses of water per day. You
will already drink 2 glasses per day when you dose CortiDiet
! The time at which you eat is important also. Drink a large glass of water prior to each meal. You should only drink water with your meals; soda, juice, milk, beer, etc. add extra calories to your consumption. Try your very best to eat five or six small meals per day. This is important, if you eat the recommended sized portions five times a day, you will assist your metabolism to rise. Remember, size and # of portions are important, and try not to eat prior to going to sleep for at least two hours.
